Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were nice and clean, although a bit dated and shabby. The service was a mix of pleasant and helpful interactions, with a few hiccups like arriving in the early morning. The location was perfect, close to everything, despite some noise from nearby construction. The dining experience was great, especially the snacks and made-to-order eggs. The facilities were good overall.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the old city, making it perfect for sightseeing and enjoying the charms of the city. The rooms, although needing renovation and lacking views, provide a comfortable stay. The service is helpful and pleasant, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. The dining options are of high quality with some room for improvement in certain areas. Overall, a great location with room for upgrades in facilities and dining.
The hotel is perfectly positioned in the heart of the city center, offering great views of the square and Antwerp's skyline from the rooms. The spacious 'business' rooms are ideal, especially if you need to work, with a large desk and comfortable bedding. The hotel excels in location but falls short with early closing hours of the business lounge.
The hotel has a prime location, right in the heart of the old town near all the fantastic restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious, modern, very clean, and soundproof. However, some areas show signs of wear and could use refurbishment, which is a small drawback. The service was top-notch, with multilingual staff who went out of their way to accommodate us despite arriving late. The hotel's central location is its best feature, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. The dining experience surpassed expectations with a variety of fresh and delicious options, including delightful homemade Belgian waffles. However, the room rate seemed a bit steep for the slightly dated rooms we stayed in.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the beds were a bit dated and uncomfortable. The service was efficient and friendly, although they couldn't provide a Samsung charger upon request. The location was superb, within walking distance of main attractions. The dining options were satisfactory, with lovely breakfast choices, but a bit on the expensive side. The hotel facilities were adequate, providing a decent experience for the price paid.
